Julia graduated from the University of Central Florida (B.A. Political Science 1988) and Stetson University, and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D. 1991). She was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1991 and admitted to practice before the United States Middle District Court in Florida in 1994. Julia began her legal career specializing in local government and since 1992 in insurance defense, specializing in workers' compensation and personal injury protection cases. Julia is a member of the Insurance Defenese and Workers' Compensation sections of the Florida Bar and is an accredited lecturer through the State of Florida for insurance certification courses. |
