Chase graduated from Tampa Jesuit and Auburn University. Chase attended Florida A&M University College of Law and began his legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Catherine Peek McEwen in the United States Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida where he was published in The Cramdown, Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Journal.
