Julie Oglesby
Julie Oglesby is an additional partner and leads the firm’s first-party property litigation division at the Daytona Beach office. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, she attended Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law (2010). While in law school she gained practical experience in family, criminal and immigration law.

Focusing primarily on insurance defense, Julie defends SIU/fraud cases and all types of property insurance claims, and believes that communication is crucial to outstanding legal representation. Julie has lectured in an insurance adjuster training class and served as a Director of the Board for Volusia County Bar Association from 2018-2021. Admitted to practice by the Florida Bar and the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida.
Julie enjoys spending time with her family and three rescue dogs, volunteers for local dog rescue organizations, and enjoys cooking, reading and going to the beach.
